Services at DIPC

DIPC offers various services to its employees as announced and updated via the appropriate mailing lists. This list aims to summarize the current state, but usually will be incomplete and out of date. Please correct if you find gaps and do not rely on the information provided here.

Procurement

DIPC has formalized several contracts of which we inform you by means of the following table, as well as the person or area of contact to be able to manage the purchase.   • COURIER SERVICES
    To make use of the courier services, please go to the Secretariat’s office, next to the library in Building 1. Marimar Álvarez will manage the shipments. She should be contacted by e-mail at m-alvarezATehu or by telephone at x5368.
    In any case, it will be up to the interested party to prepare the envelope or package indicating the shipping address.
  • MICROINFORMATIC MATERIALS
    The acquisition of micro-computing material is carried out through purchases derived from a Framework Agreement to which several companies have adhered. For each purchase, an offer request is sent to all of them and, after receiving them, DIPC's technical staff evaluates them, awarding the purchase to the best offer. This management is carried out by Belén Isla; therefore, if you need to purchase micro-computing equipment (computers, tablets, etc.), please contact her at belen.islaATdipc.
  • OFFICE SUPPLIES
    DIPC makes available to its staff all kinds of office supplies (pens, notebooks, markers, etc.). These materials may be requested at the Secretariat's office. If DIPC does not have a specific item, please contact Udane Galardi at licitacionesATdipc or by phone at x5395.
  • FURNITURE SUPPLY
    In case of the need for any additional furniture item or the need to renew the current furniture, please contact licitacionesATdipc and the request will be evaluated. This service has been contracted through a bidding process with a single supplier of this material, so it is very important that purchases are made from the same supplier.
  • PRINTING SERVICES
    Printing services are managed from the HR area; therefore, for any question related to these services, please contact human.resourcesATdipc, who will request the service. It should be noted that any printing expenses not incurred through these instructions cannot be reimbursed by DIPC.
  • SOFTWARE LICENSES
    Also, we would like to inform you that DIPC has several licenses available, for example, Intel, Mathematica, Matlab, ZOOM, Teamwork Software, etc. To install them, as well as to solve any incident, please contact the Supercomputing Center through the e-mail support-ccATdipc.

Psychological Care

  • All students enrolled at UPV/EHU have free access to the Psychological Care Service of the UPV/EHU (SAP/APZ). The service includes individual consultations, specific trainings, etc. and can be provided in English.
