Travel bookings

Business trips (flight, hotel, car) can be booked directly via the travel agency Pursuit.es; you should register there, providing exact name, date of birth, email and frequent flyer card (if you use any); attaching a copy of the passport might be useful. Once registered you can book there directly

In principle, all business trips should be booked via the agency. However, often you can find cheaper accommodation or flights on your own. Then you can ask the travel agency to match it and if they don't (or if there isn't time to get a matching offer) you can book the cheaper version yourself. A screenshot of the travel agency's (more expensive) offer will then facilitate reimbursement.
